So is what you're seeing due to the fact that whatever music source you're using is connected to your Master via XLR and your Companion is connected to your Master via the Companion's Coax 1 input?
There‘s no device connected to the Companion and all Source Inputs are switched off (at least that is what the configurator shows to me). The Display on the Compagnion shows Compagnion mode
