I was able to work with a local custom installer and purchase 5 Dante optical adapters (https://www.audinate.com/products/dante-...er?lang=en) and 3 AVIO adapters (https://www.audinate.com/products/device...naloginput). I'm fortunate that my preamp has balanced outputs and am using it to control sources and volume on the phantoms.
What other Dante components are required to make it work? Do you have a simple diagram of your setup?
I also used Dante Controller which is free from Audinate to route the audio signal to the phantomes. I've attached a crude diagram of my setup.

How does it sound compared with Spark App?
IMHO it sounds much better because I'm able to use Anthem's audio room correction software to eliminate standing waves generated by the phantoms.
