@arjayh - I cannot solve your problem, but I can make a suggestion. It might be useful if you experiment a little to see if you can identify where the problem is, a case of information gathering and eliminating potential issues.
For example, have you tried running your amp using the Devialet's AirPlay mode? If you have (or access to) an iPhone or iPad, you could try playing something from a 'phone. If this works, it at least indicates that you can play music over Ethernet and maybe indicates the issue is with your PC set up or similar. You can also use the Devialet remote app to play music, this will also indicate if your network is working as it should, or not.
Sometimes experimenting like this can lead to that "lightbulb" moment and discovery of the issue. It should be easy enough to try at least.
