Which firmware release are your Phantoms on currently? Another poster's system was updated to 2.8.5 after a similar "push" whereas mine are on 2.8.3 so Devialet do seem to be selectively sending out patches.
Have you tried manually updating (Welcome home/cogwheel/System update)? Maybe they pushed it but you actually have to initiate the install??
