Sorry for warming up that cold thread: I am right now in the upgrade process of one pair of Devialet Expert 400->440 and one D-Premier->250Pro CI:
For the 250 Pro CI I would like to get a new remote (old one is nearly dead, also after the upgrade) and for the 400 I sent the money, but there is no communication.
I have the feeling, that neither phone or mail is appropriate to contact Devialet: I cannot reach anybody by any channel.
Is the company in some kind of trouble? If so, I would maybe not do the pending upgrade.
