I didn't notice any latency changes with my TV and DOS2. Is it plugged to the optical on the Dialog? I use mine for the turntable, my TV is plugged to optical on the left silver. On the Devialet app you can lower the latency of the phantom inputs (not the dialog's one), so maybe try to plug it to a Phantom instead?

A possible workaround would be to tweak the latency on your TV side too.
