Where did you read that? I recall reading he preferred one D240 over the D800 on his G1's. It's that long ago, I won't be able to find it.

Yes it was somewhere om another forum in the time the K1 was there top model i think.

Found it! Not Lawrence's remarks but apparently he agreed. Also not 240's but 250's and not the G1 but G2. Got the story right but all the details wrong, LOL!
