Well @ssfas lucky for you when you didn’t encounter the problems many other users as mentioned are facing. For nearly every usecase there are severe bugs or features missing.
And we are already in an age when software updates which fix bugs and improve things or add new features are common.

So it’s up to Devialet to decide: finally ending abandoning the support & development of Expert line or risking more existing customers or potential new customers are going for other brands.
In the end we are absolutely at a turning point.
