So this looks like a great little fix - but I'm wondering about stereo L/R channels.
With the Avantree, my stereo output from the controller will be combined into mono output from the transmitter, would it not?
I would have to use a TOSLink adapter on both ends (merge input, split output) to drive both speakers, right?
Am I correct that I would lose stereo setup in this case?
I wonder if there is a transmitter that accepts stereo input (optical, or *ideally* XLR), and stereo optical output
