I'd guess not, because non-CI Expert devices don't support RAAT which as I understand it is a pre-requisite for Roon Ready certification. Put another way, non-CI devices won't show up as Uncertified because they are not even eligible for certification. I'd expect Roon will still talk to non-CI Experts using either Roon's own driver or Devialet's driver for AIR -- that's to say, business as usual.
Disclaimer: this is just a guess based on my understanding, I haven't done any tests to confirm or invalidate it.

I read it and understood it the same way as @
thumb5 says. No issues for Devialet owners. Proceed as normal. (e.g. 'an audio file is....'
)
