I am not planning on fraud or anything. That's not who I am. So I will ask the creditcard company about their exact policies. Insurance policy states that all purchases are covered for any damage for 6 months. So I have good hopes. Case is simple. Wife was vacuuming and (in all her enthousiasm) she hit Phantom by accident. maybe it is covered, maybe not.
Good thing is that soundquality is not affected. Although Phantom looks like a crippled pirate to me.
