You're from the North East?  You guys don't know how to pronounce anything? Dodgy

One hifi dealer told me "it's DVLA, like the guys in Swansea".  This is probably good enough for the average Englishman, although I think the correct answer is more like DuVLA?

Any Frenchman out there to put the idiotic Englishmen right on this one?
