SAM with my speakers is quite subtle. However, I agree with much of what Jean-Marie has written, I think you may need to give SAM some time. With a bit more listening you might start to notice things, an improvement in soundstage, plus the bass with some music can gain a kind of 3D stereo effect. On occasion, the improvement can be quite extraordinary.
On the other hand....... There have been a few issues with SAM 2 recently, issues unique to individual SAM profiles, so maybe it's simply not working! It's not entirely impossible.
