220 pro distortion
#1
I’m having issues with my 220 pro while streaming from roon and tidal i seem to be getting distortion to voices etc. If i increase the treble it gets a lot worse. I have also tried my CD player connected to Digital in and the problem is still there. I’m wondering if this is an issue with my unit or firmware issue.

I have contacted Devialet support too.

Thanks

If problem is solved by turning off SAM, then it is the same issue as https://devialetchat.com/Thread-Bug-for-...-DOS-2-2-4. This is my thread. I didn't tried the impact on treble, but seems to be the same as the on bass.

@Moonsim70 Does anything change when the Devialet is restarted? By unplugging the wall socket...?
Remember that the CI board is actually a computer so a restart may be necessary from time to time.
