220 pro distortion

I’m having issues with my 220 pro while streaming from roon and tidal i seem to be getting distortion to voices etc. If i increase the treble it gets a lot worse. I have also tried my CD player connected to Digital in and the problem is still there. I’m wondering if this is an issue with my unit or firmware issue. 

I have contacted Devialet support too.
