Audio Technica VM540ML cartridge setting

Hi all, 

Will be in the process next week of swapping a Rega cart out for an AT VM540ML MM cart. 

The recommended load capacitance is 100-200pF.
The recommended load impedance is 47K

I have a re-wired RB330 tone arm with Origin Live which has low pF (40pF).

What should my settings be in my Devialet 220 Pro?
