What has been your experience with upgrades to the software/firmware of the Aurender device or the Aurender iPad control point/software?
The Aurender tech support has been great so far. Regular updates to the Conductor app (iPad) and firmware within the player. Their website owner manuals and guides have improved greatly over the past 6 months. I recently upgraded from the S10 to W20 and was experiencing some issues migrating my music files from my NAS. To date, I have submitted a tech support question on three different occasions and get a reply from them within 1 to 3 hours. If you have an operating system bug, they can even remote in and edit things on the fly.
Imho, two thumbs up!

Same experience for me, Aurender's tech support has been great, one of the best. But, as you are experiencing samurai, I also have some problems with art, not much but still maybe 50 on 2000 albums. I know the solution is the tag but I'm too lazy to further investigate. I also have a few albums that fell in the wrong listing. I ripped every thing with dbpoweramp, used the same methodology for all my rips and metadata but still have a few that are misplaced. That I dont know why and didnt ask Eric at Aurender. One day, when it reaaaally bugs me and I have the time, I will sort it out.
To be honest, Aurender has made my life so easy compared to what it was with Mini/JRiver set up. I'm still on a high since 6 months now.
