Transcendez l’ordinaire.
Préparez-vous à explorer de tout nouveaux espaces acoustiques. Le compte à rebours est lancé pour l’entrée dans une nouvelle ère.
À découvrir à partir du 24 octobre.

So, stay tune !

Yes, and without getting **too** excited, the graphic in the email is a square-ish shape, so much closer to the Expert than the Phantom……

OK, the shape looks like the square of an Expert product in the announcement but does it? If yes then basically all of the expert line came to EOL and we will need to buy a complete new stuff? Too many questions and we need to wait 3 days more.

I bought my D120 10 years ago... The fact that it is still working perfectly, keeping up with new speakers with the SAM profiles, is a proof I made the right investment decision. Now it's time for a refresh !

There's a second hand Original 'd Atelier for sale in Sydney. I spoke with the owner of the shop and he told me that nobody seems to be interested to even listen to them. He's got them in the original crate, so it's not setup to listen to so that doesn't help.

I told him that if I were looking for amplification now, I'd still be interested in the Expert range. I'm so enjoying my system.

Devialet confirmed to me they are releasing a new high end amp to replace 250Pro and 1000Pro.

It’s great to see the my are advancing with a top is the line model. Though also very important is that are they going to do with the Core Infinity platform which was positioned as futureproof for customers.
But would be interesting if there is a new tech shift with a new DAC etc. which would make upgrading again useful.

a completely new amp would be a problem, most owners of a Devialet without firmware support will not buy a new one. In this case selling old ones would only be possible with a new drop in value.
An update would be better as there is a big number of potential customers for this. But in this case I think it will be expensive as they need money...
