Devialet conducting survey among users / likely expert owners

It is for Phantoms and all I see is wrong path again, I hope my survey helps them but I am sad about Devialet, I wish that they would interview us and try to understand our real needs.

Ya instead of spreading into various product segements they should focus on what made them successful

I completed it and wrote in one of the free text boxes in the end that the primary reason I am unlikely to buy Devialet going forward is due to the treatment of the Expert line. I doubt it makes much difference but we’ll see.

The survey I received was just a poorly disguised advertisement for their line of Phantom speakers.

I am appalled by such stupid advertising! If I am saying I don't consider the sound quality enough they just ignore that. What they think how ignorant their clientele is? that survey does not reach anyone to just pass by in a shopping center!
