How reset to factory default and manage Phantom 1 (Gold) with old software version?

Hello!

I have 2 Phantoms 1 (Gold), one of its suddenly stopps to play.

Both have old software (I don't know certainly which version, but iOS app Devialet see both of its and ask me to update.
I don't want update software because I don't understand current state of Phantom, which stops to play.

I see it and can connect via bluetooth, but no sound.
I see it when it connects to router with ethernet cable (and can ping from other computer).

But I can't do anything else with it.

Questions:
1) how can I reset to factory default?
2) is there software which works with early versions of Phantom?

I try:
1. Turn Off the Device: Unplug the Phantom I from the power outlet.
2. Reconnect and Reset:
- Plug it back in.
- Within 10 seconds, press and hold the button on the back of the Phantom until you see a flashing light (it will take about 10-15 seconds). This indicates that the reset process has started.
3. Wait for Reboot: The Phantom I will reboot, and once complete, it should be in its factory state, ready to be reconfigured.

But without success. Is there other method?

Hi,
I have the same problem without sound anymore on my phantom I either via bloutooth or wifi.
Tried to reser but doesn’t work.
Did you find a solution ?
