One phantom gold or 2 reactor 900 ?
#11
Hi Juan,

I am not experienced enough in sound to answer this question.

I am very happy with the current setup and it sounds fantastic to me. I usually listen around the 40% volume mark and I am very pleased.

For £50 I have the Behringer UMC 202 HD going L and R into each Reactor using the 3.5mm connection.

For £50 I thought it was a good way to get stereo until the update comes out. I can use the interface for a condenser microphone anyway so the money is not wasted.

I have answered your question in the thread below: get the 2 reactors 600, they sound almost the same as a pair of phantom gold (side by side  at moderate volume in an average room). They will sound much better than a mono gold for sure (I started with a mono gold myself, long before the stereo reactor was available).
