Right... it should read 'will there ever be anything after 13.2.0 for the Expert Pro'  ;-)

But it is very sad. I wanted to spend some money and to move from Expert Pro 220 CI to 250CI or even to 1000, but now, not sure I will.

+1 My plan was always to move up to the Expert 250 but not now, looking at alternatives e.g. from Linn

I'm wondering what exactly you would like in addition to what the amp can already offer? I bought the D-Premier than upgraded to D250, then another D250, so D800 now. I don't need the streamer as external streaming is better but there is nothing really that I can think of that I would like this amp to do better or more. Any further improvement, such as microphone-assisted room correction, native DSD DAC, and an OCXO clock (or two), etc would mean a major hardware overhaul, most likely not upgradable from the current models.

It would be nice to have integrated Tidal, and a room optimisation feature I could actually understand. Plus the bug fixes well documented elsewhere in the forum.

But it's all futile. Devialet has delivered almost nothing of note in my 5 years of ownership, and there will be nothing more, so time to look elsewhere.
