Contact Devialet support and they will be able to set you up with a repair/replacement.

Unfortunately they don’t repair them. If it was damage caused at home then they will offer a reduced price to replace the damaged speaker. If it was done in transit they will replace free of charge.

If you have a single Phantom, it is better to get a second one for a stereo pair than upgrade a single one to a higher model. Soon, with the new App, you can create a stereo pair without needing a Dialog as well. |
