Do we know if Devialet is actually modifying the unit(s) you send in or are they simply sending you a new (or different) upgraded unit once they receive yours? I thought I saw a discussion of this but couldn't find it.

There has been some confusion about this lately.

The upgrade will include a complete change of all the electronic components in existing chassis. The back piece (including connectors) will be replaced.

This according to the latest information from the Swedish main dealer Audioconcept.
