I can't remember whether I recommended The Black Keys - 'The Big Come Up' or 'Thickfreakness' which are both great - super guitar and I also like Left Lane Cruiser 'Bring yo' ass to the table'

Thanks Phil, I'll try those. I have heard (and enjoyed) a couple of Black Keys albums, but those will be new to me.

Janáček "Glagolitic Mass", Warsaw Philharmonic, Antoni Wit (via Qobuz)



I have a few recordings of this - it's a favourite after I saw a live performance by the CBSO at Birmingham Symphony Hall back in the 90s.  This version on Qobuz is new to me and I like it a lot.
