Hi All

I need to de register a unit, as its now been sold, I have looked high and low on my account page, and cannot see were to do it, can any one help ?

I cannot seem to find it either. Used to be easy to just delete a product from your account to 'free' it. In fact I have an email from Océane at Devialet which states exactly that; just delete the device you have sold from your account and the new owner can register it. I guess you'll have to email Devialet support.

Yep that’s the one, it seems so simple, but embarrassing though.
