popping noise on phono input
#1
Hi all

I'm sorry if this is covered somewhere else - I searched but couldn't see it. I'm getting an intermittent popping noise on the phono input of my new (to me!) expert 200. I read that this is because WiFi needs to be turned off (my unit is also hard wired so that's not a problem) however when I do this in the configurator the configuration won't load and I also read that this is a bug and that you have to turn WiFi on. I do this and the configuration loads ... but then I get the popping! Is there a way in advanced in-device menus or even a web command, to turn WiFi off without doing it in the configurator.

I also read in this forum that there is an advanced setting in the configurator on the phono input to turn off WiFi whilst phono input is being used, but I can't find this.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks
Graeme

Thank you so much Axel. Now I feel very stupid but my phono input is (so far) completely noise free. Thanks again!

Pleasure. There’s a lot to get your head round in the configurator and it’s easy to miss stuff!
