My Devialet with Core Infinity upgrade is bricked after I upgraded to the latest Roon MacOS Version 1.4 Build 94.

It keeps giving me "Devise in Use" and refuses to play.  I used to be able to restart Roon but now restarting everything including rebooting the Roon Server makes no difference.
@agentsmith

What version of the Devialet firmware are you using? I am running Expert Pro 2.1.0, which has DOS 2.1.0 and Firmware 12.1.2. Running latest Roon Rock Release on my NUC. Have you tried (I am sure you have) shutting down everything (D440 Pro & Mac Mini) and then re starting?

p.s. I think we should move this to a different thread.

Pull the Devialet powercord and it will work again.
As I have the Devialet's connected to a power conditioner (which when off ensures that the Devialets are fully powered down), I should have been more specific, as noted by @iamwappie above, you should indeed remove the power cords as well.
With the version DOS 2.1.0 and FW 12.1.2, the ETH and Wi-Fi network connection fails continuously, it does not connect from the start. D220 only works by USB with a computer. Does someone else have this problem? How could I solve it? Huh
(I have a 220 Pro, Windows 10 and AIR 3.0.4)

I can't tell if there is a difference with the new board. There may be some more mid-band clarity as others have mentioned but it is not more involving.

USB and Air over Ethernet work. WiFi doesn't work; I have the same configuration as before but the D250 is not visible in the list of attached devices.
I don't know how to get UPNP working. My NAS doesn't recognize the D250 over the network. Is UPNP only available over USB, or should it work over Ethernet/WiFi too? The manual that came with the new software doesn't say anything about that.
These were the instructions Devialet support passed on to me also there has been some small changes to the configurator, so double check just make sure you have it right.
Please follow these steps to trouble shoot WIfi and Eth

Reset of the config
  1. Remove the SD Card ( this step I bypassed, and it corrected the WiFi issue with out resetting it back to factory}

  2. Long press on the tone button of the remote

  3. 6x short press on the tone button to acces the menu "Information"

  4. Long press on the front button of the Amplifier

  5. Reput the SD Card

  6. Unplug / replug the power cord - Wifi or Ethernet will reappear.

For those who had followed my ordeal, I was some what disappointed at first and with a whole new loom of cabling and a change of speakers from the Galo Ref.3 to Hyperion 968s came to a place where I could except it, but still there was always this longing for an aspect of the old expert heritage, which was that holographic image of the guy wailing away on whatever. The electronics that were producing the music were not there anymore. I did lean to love the new pro, I really enjoyed the new sound stage layering but in doing so I was loosing that in the room with you that I loved so much. The bass on the Hyperions can be difficult to control but was greatly improve with the pro incarnation but still had a hint of bloom, but with the core infinity right out of the box,the bloom was gone, just tight , articulate pulsating bass. Now this is what I was expecting. Pure bliss. Oh one other thing, it really helps you appreciate the Devialet sound if like myself  you go from a Rogue 150 or an original Bel Canto Evo to this.

Thank you very much for your help. In the end I managed to make it work... partially. At first, both ETH and Wifi were active, but then Wifi turned gray. Although it appears as connected in AIR settings, it appears in gray in the selection menu. In the configuration of the router only appears connected by ETH.
I will try again later to see if wifi also works, but of course, I hope that Devialet improves its software to avoid this strange and unstable operation. The remote also works in an erratic and unstable way ...
Another question, my router has 5GHz band but to be able to work with 5GHz band with Devialet, is it necessary that the pc is also connected by wifi to 5 GHz?
@Nakatomi63 Assuming both the Devialet and PC are connected to the router, the PC can be connected to either band, 5Hgz or 2.4Ghz. If your PC supports either band, then I would try the 5Ghz band first.
