In my case it’s a waste of money.

There is neither theoretical nor empirical evidence that this kind of equipment changes anything but your mind. Angel

My rooms are too constrained for legs. Rather then leave my Phantom II 95’s on a wooden table I am looking IsoAcoustics Iso-Puck Series Acoustic Isolators (Iso-Puck 76, 40 lbs max).

Has anyone had experience with this option or recommends something better?

Thanks!

Suggest the ISO Puck Mini instead. Put 3 or 4 under each Phantom or put a small board between them.

I have Isoacoustics pucks and stands in my stereo and home theatre setups.
