That’s 3 things Devialet support got wrong
1) The knob should never be able to be removed apart from by dismantling from inside
2) it should run it should be floating on air! I did wonder why there would be felt in that case. A bit disappointing for a 12k amp remote wheel to not be floating like the Phantom remote
3) Impossible to adjust balance on the fly without adjusting channel volume in the configurator!
Very pleased to find point 3) isn’t true as I bought thinking I’d have no balance or tone control. BONUS
