I've compared my 200 to 250 (non pro) yesterday in my room and system (check my signature).
To be honest there was no comparison.
The 250 sounded classes above 200 in every area of sound.
If I would have say in short 250 is organic and natural and 200 on the other side artificial and digitally sounding (in direct comparison).
I did a compare on 220 pro and 250 pro, the 250 pro sounds noticeably better.
It has to sound better - it costs twice as much. It's quite simple.
The only relevant comparison is with 440 Pro - in that particular system. In some other the result could be different.
