I used to have an Intona when I used a USB connection to the amp. I never had any problems, although this was a few years ago and I was running an earlier Devialet firmware version. You say that there’s no problem with the USB direct to the amp so perhaps this points to a faulty Intona?
Do you prefer USB to Ethernet for your connection between Mac and Devialet?
