Except for Spotify, any streaming source needs an external streamer- assuming you are eliminating Bluetooth from a phone or tablet. Spend a little or a lot. Personally, I think the latest generation of Bluesound streamers is very good. Anything with a digital output will be handled by the internal DAC, and that is 9/10ths of the battle.
You just need to find a streamer that gets Apple Music, various streamer brands and models are set up for various, but not all, streaming services.
EDIT/ Adddum; I'm not sure what numbers Apple Music does as Hi Res, or what the Bluesound products support, so my suggestion my be irrelevant. I'm only concerned about CD quality sources.
EDIT 2: Do the recent Darko UTube videos help at all? Second one was 31 Oct this year. He does talk about getting Apple Music into a Bluesound Node 2i via Airplay but I don't recall if he explicitly covered the hi-res part. Sorry. I'll stop now.
