I first noticed this issue in 2020, where rapidly switching between extremely low and mid-low bass frequencies, with the volume set above 56, would result in system interruptions. Upon resuming playback, the bass sound would be akin to activating night mode, and this issue has yet to be resolved. Even in the latest firmware versions, interruptions still occur, but unlike before, a restart is not required; the system automatically returns to normal bass levels before interrupting again. This cycle repeats more than twice, ultimately causing the system to become unresponsive and unable to produce sound. I engaged dozens of users in testing and discovered an interesting pattern: all hardware batches with serial number suffixes of 4U10 and later exhibit this issue, while only the 4U06 batches from 2019 and earlier are unaffected. Unfortunately, the latest machines with U20 (white, 108db) and U22 (black, 108db) suffixes also suffer from the same defect. Based on my feedback, Devialet has failed to address this issue for nearly four months, which frustrates me deeply yet leaves me powerless.
