Just going via optical will introduce unacceptable latency. You will need to use “optical direct” mode on the Phantom Is, so you’d need some kind of optical splitter since this means you will lose wifi and controls other than via the web interface.
The Phantom IIs do not support optical direct mode. You would need to replace them with Phantom Customs.
Trust me - I DJ twice a week. You will not just get away with optical normally. Your DJs will lose their minds.
