if you think Phantoms works fine, check the network setup first
1. Hard reset Phantoms, and relink them into stereo
2. bind Phantom's MAC addresses into fixed IP in router settings, or set fixed IP in Phantoms settings (thru web portal)
3. use 5GHz instead of 2.4GHz. Connect using ethernet cable is the best option actually.
