It's just off-the-shelf digital toslink to coaxial converter which I bought online. Nothing fanciful. And, very inexpensive.

as all the ports are visible even if its in Chinese. I m sure i can find one quickly. I have given order for Blusound in US - will have it in my hand in couple of weeks. (Quick edit) -> now its couple of Months
