Hi from what I know for room correction you will need to end up streaming to a device which then connects to the phantom or dialogue via optical
For example - iphone to airport express via airplay - then out via optical into something like DSPEAKER ANTIMODE 2.0 (great for room correction and EQ on the fly) - then out via optical into a phantom
However for just turning the bass down a bit you could use the Tidal or Spotify Apps - and reduce the bass via their inbuilt EQ - then airplay to phantom. (Spotify connect won't send the EQd sound I don't think, hence needing airplay)
And finally - night mode is pretty good for really turning down the lows and not affecting much else. I would guess a fairly steep curve from 200hz. I use it when I watch loud TV as I don't want boomy bass annoying the neighbours
Hopefully they will one day add more eq options into spark but they have been saying it for years so I am not holding my breath
Hope my pennies worth helps
