Phantom Reactors and Lag

I believe the latency on the Reactors is lower, although there is still some because the analogue signal is not directly fed to the analogue portion of the amplification unit. They're still processing it and running it past the SAM module in order to prevent overload of the hardware; but you can put the White, Silver, and Gold's into a latency free mode already.
