A B&W sub I use has stereo line in
I reconfigured the digital in as pre-out, set the output to low pass at 120Hz
Then set the main speakers to roll off at 120Hz with high pass
The sub has a variable gain and some listening was needed to get the integration correct
Then it was necessary to adjust the position of the sub in the room. This took a bit more time
