help - Update doesn't recognize my Dialog

1) Making sure my wifi on the host device where spark is running (ie. Mac) is the same that my dialogue is running on. Sometimes my phone would connect to the friendly neighbour's wifi/free hotspots.
2) Doing a full reset including power cycling the router. Sometimes, for some reason (others may know more here), it isn't enough just to power cycle the dialogue.

I reset my Verizon FiOS router and it's working (it recognized my Dialog and is currently downloading the update to my Phantom system).
