The German HiFi Magazine Stereoplay has rated the 1000 Pro Best of Class in its current issue.
Their summary statement was "Perfection in every sense with the unavoidable conclusion that the Devialet 1000 Pro has redefined how high the bar can hang."
Pretty impressive. Here an additional excerpt from the review:
"Endless Power
A Devialet 1000 Pro Owner would never have the idea to complain about the lack of power with their system. This is due to the highly efficient power supply which delivers up to 14 Amperes of power being almost equivalent to that of a normal household power socket. (16 Amperes) In regards to stability, the French High Tech Monster has to hide from nothing or no one, and definately not from power hungry speakers. In this important point, the user has the freedom of choice, with even room high monsters containing 8 drivers or more posing no restrictions. "
