As previously noted, “I raised a Help request to Devialet and, eventually, after much toing and froing failed to help, a firmware update was offered for the specific gold Phantom.”
To clarify, the Devialet customer service passed a request to their ‘Technical/Engineer?’ department to automatically send a firmware update to a specific Phantom, as identified by the serial no.
This update was received a few days later and was 1.14.2.2.
