Dual mono with REL Subwoofer

Just to mention that I've also successfully connected my REL, using the 3-wire method, to a dual mono setup. Works just as well as with a single stereo unit.

In my case I used one of the 0v (i.e. black) speaker terminals for the REL 0v black wire rather than the ground post.

However, shortly afterward I experimented once again with using the Expert sub-out at line level. Using this allows me to set a 4th order rolloff and a much superior result versus relying on the REL crossover set to the lowest frequency. This is because filtration of 40hz+ content is much better and it doesn't interfere with the very quick and clean bass from my floorstanders in this region. So effectively the 16-25hz region can be brought up in volume to match the higher frequencies, with really stunning results (even though it was pretty good previously!)

So after 25 years of using the 3-wire connection on various RELs, I'm finally abandoning it.

I am also using dual REL subs and dual mono Expert.

Can you please tell me how you configure it to use sub out? Any screenshot of your expert config page can be shared.

In this setup you connect the 3 REL wires into the sub output post?
