108s Performance issues, is this normal?

you did nothing wrong. I play my stereo pair at 80% for 6 hours, 10 times a week. Every month or 2 months i throw a party and they are on 100% for like 8 hours.
if no one bumped your speaker, it is not your fault, so devialet wil give u a new one under warranty.
