phantom Gold won't power on

i got a response from Devialet and they requested that i plug in the ethernet with power into the Phantom Gold for 2 hours.
was this supplied with the Phantom Gold? i would check the box but it is currently buried behind a bunch of other boxes and would require much sweat to get to.
can anyone here let me know this?
my router which is currently feeding the Phantom says it doesn't support poe

I'm facing the same issue with Silver, pulse 2 times every 30sec, no sound, multiple reboot still nothing
Did you solve this problem with your gold ? Could you share ?
