Expert app problem - can anyone assist?

Am I correct in thinking that if my D400 is hardwired to the router, and the ipad/iphone are on the same network, albeit wirelessley, they should find each other somehow?

On my router the Devialet is not showing up as a connected device, either.  Shouldn't the SSID ('My Devialet') appear under connected devices?

To your question whether it should find each other: absolutely. I have a similar network topology: my D120 is Ethernet wired, via PLC to my switch/Router and my iPhone is Wirelessly connected to that same router.

Do you have a PC or a mac on the same network?

If yes, when the remote is not working it would be worth trying to ping your dev from that mac or PC and see if it goes through.

Similarly, how do you feed your D with Audio? is it Air over Eth or do you use XLR or Optical or an other numeric entry?
