Dialog - Dead....? (Update: Resolved beautifully. Even better audio w new dialog...?)

Same experience here (the Netherlands). I already have to replace the Dialog twice (within garantue period)...

Of course, it would be better if they did not break. Not that concerned about Dialog but what if Phantoms break at 2 year 1 month mark and is out of warranty? That's a bit more concern.

That aside, this is a bit odd and I can't prove it for sure. BUT I just installed the new Dialog and my immediate impression is that there is better clarity (resolution) and musicality and yet bass is also a touch more present. This only subjective impression as I can't A/B with older dialog. Simultaneously, it also updated to latest firmware/software so I don't know if:
a. There really is audio improvement
b. And if there is whether it is from dialog or upgraded firmware/software.

Thought it was worth a note as after listening some hours, I still feel that there is noticeable improvement.

@MountainGuy: I had the same feeling with the first new/replaced Dialog. Not with the second new/replaced one...
