it said asyc USB output for expert product line, I believe this is for the Wifi dialogue. Is this then the devialet streamer?

for the sound centers, do I need 2 to make stereo sound? hmmm... if not, is this the most pure devialet sound. better than a D120 + mid-fi speakers? I am guessing wife may love to just have these cute balls sitting on the floor, and eliminate the devialet and floor standing speakers altogether.
