I have now had contact with support, and they told me to reset as explained to get a new special firmware. It was stated to last between 10 minutes and 2 hours. When i try it takes about 3-4 minutes before the phantom starts to sing, and no new firmware are applied. When replying this to support he replied that it would be escaleted to his superiors, so still waiting. I suggested they just send me the update files, and then i could do a update throug the web interdace at port 8000, but no reply.
So if anybody has any suggestion while i am waiting it would be much appreciated.

I am surprised that they implied the new firmware was available that quickly.

I can only repeat

‘To clarify, the Devialet customer service passed a request to their ‘Technical/Engineer?’ department to automatically send a firmware update to a specific Phantom, as identified by the serial no.
This update was received a few days later and was 1.14.2.2.’

To be honest, the firmware update may even have taken a week or more to be available.

So, I would try the update procedure each day and contact Devialet support if no change after a week.
